Page 49 Pumpkin Bread

This was an easy recipe to follow and did not cost much to make.  The taste was GOOD however I hesitate to call this bread. I would say this is more like a sponge cake.

Page247 Pumpkin Pie

This was an easy recipe to follow and did not cost much to make.  The taste was OKAY.  I do not like the taste of evaporated milk and never make my pumpkin pie with it.  This recipe used evaporated milk and I could taste it.  Also, it took much longer to cook than was stated in the recipe and turned out rather flat and not light and fluffy.  

I have used this book before and some of the recipes are really good.
